Role Description The Team Lead Admissions and Marketing is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This position oversees the admissions counseling team, ensuring effective coordination of student guidance activities and high-quality service delivery. The role involves planning and executing marketing and outreach campaigns, managing sales funnels for admissions, and tracking performance metrics. Daily responsibilities include supervising team members, conducting training, monitoring communication with students and families,



and collaborating on strategies to increase enrollments and brand visibility. The Team Lead also participates in counseling sessions when needed and ensures adherence to ethical and student-centric practices.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing admissions and marketing team.
Strong Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for engaging students, families, and partners.
Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to manage pipelines, convert leads, and meet enrollment targets while maintaining a consultative approach.
Knowledge of Marketing strategies and techniques, including digital outreach, campaign planning, and brand promotion in the education sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a relate
