? About the Role

Signature Acres is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. This is a great opportunity for a B.Com graduate to gain practical experience in accounting operations and build a strong foundation in finance within the real estate industry.

? Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions — purchases, sales, receipts & payments
Maintain ledgers, cash books and bank books
Assist with bank reconciliation
Support invoice generation, verification & filing
Maintain vendor and customer accounts
Assist with GST & TDS data compilation
Maintain financial records, vouchers & documentation
Support month-end closing activities
Manage petty cash and track basic expenses

? What We’re Looking For

B.Com graduate – Mandatory




Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Tally/accounting software knowledge is an advantage
Solid numerical & analytical skills
Good communication and attention to detail
Honest, organized and willing to learn
