Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru South (HSR Layout). The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective institutional and consumer customers.



The role involves conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and events; presenting Bhanzu’s offerings; and customizing solutions to meet the needs of schools, learning centers, and parents. The individual will manage accounts, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities also include tracking performance metrics, maintaining CRM records, preparing proposals and reports, and contributing insights to refine sales strategies and support Bhanzu’s growth objectives in the US and other key markets.
Qualifications
Strong current business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
Solid understanding of business fundamentals and commercial acumen, with experience in identifying market opportunities.
