Role Description The Area Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Udaipur, responsible for overseeing branch and field operations within the assigned territory.



This role includes managing daily loan processing workflows, supervising branch and operations staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. The manager will monitor portfolio quality, turnaround times, and service levels, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. The position involves close coordination with credit, collections, and sales teams to support business growth while maintaining risk and compliance standards. The role also requires regular performance reviews, training and mentoring of team members, and preparation of operational reports and dashboards for senior management.
Qualifications
Strong operations management and branch supervision skills, with experience handling day-to-day workflows and process controls.
