About the role
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer with robust expertise in high-rise and superstructure building projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising finishing activities while ensuring quality, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and monitor all finishing activities at the project site.
Execute and coordinate plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors & windows, façade, masonry, and other finishing works.
Ensure finishing works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers.




Monitor daily progress and ensure finishing activities are completed as per project schedules.
Inspect workmanship and ensure proper quality control at every stage of finishing.
Review drawings and identify discrepancies or site-related issues before execution.
Prepare and maintain work schedules, material requirements, and daily progress reports.
Monitor material consumption and ensure optimum utilization with minimum wastage.
Coordinate finishing activities with MEP, structural, and other services to avoid clashes and rework.
Conduct inspections and ensure timely rectification of snags and defects.
Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to project safety requirements.
Manage multiple finishing activities simultaneously and ensure timely handover of completed areas.

Required skills & Experience
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in building construction.
