Job Description — Counsellor

CollegeEnquiry.in is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Counsellor to join our team in Bhopal (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

Guide students in choosing suitable colleges, courses, and career options.

Understand students’ requirements and provide personalized counselling.

Communicate with students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Follow up with prospective students and help them through the admission process.

Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and follow-ups.

Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.

Stay updated about colleges, courses, admission processes, and eligibility criteria.

Requirements:

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Hindi and English proficiency.

Confident, positive, and student-friendly approach.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Freshers can apply; counselling/sales experience is a plus.
