Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MEP Project Manager role. The MEP Project Manager will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) project execution from planning through commissioning, coordinating with design teams, site engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery. Daily responsibilities include reviewing drawings and submittals, preparing and tracking project schedules, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves conducting site reviews, resolving technical and coordination issues, monitoring progress against milestones,



and preparing regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients. The MEP Project Manager will also support risk identification, change management, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Qualifications
Robust Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge, including practical exposure to plumbing systems and building services.
Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for construction or infrastructure projects.
Ability to review, prepare, and manage technical submittals, drawings, and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
