Orcred is a technical verification standard for AI/ML engineers in India. We verify that engineers genuinely understand what they built — not just that it runs. Senior engineers review live projects and probe whether candidates can defend every architectural decision they made. Those who pass get an Orcred credential. Those who don't get specific written feedback on exactly what to fix. We're not a certificate platform. We're not a course. We're building the standard for AI/ML engineering credibility in India.
Role Description
This is a part time, remote founding reviewer role. You conduct live 45-minute technical review sessions with AI/ML candidates who have submitted projects for verification. Before each session you receive the candidate's project and a walkthrough video they record.



During the session you probe whether they genuinely understand what they built — every architectural decision, every tradeoff, every design choice. After the session you submit a scored assessment with written feedback. You set the bar. You define what passes and what doesn't.
What You Get
Permanent Founding Reviewer title. Compensation per completed session. A share of profit once Orcred hits a certain revenue threshold — discussed during onboarding.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years hands-on AI/ML engineering experience in production environments
Active or recent engineering role — startup, scaleup, or independent
No current employment at the applicant's company
Someone who can tell within minutes whether a candidate genuinely owns their system or just got it running
