Role Description This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketeer role based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketeer will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive qualified traffic and conversions. The role involves managing paid advertising budgets, setting up and monitoring campaigns,



and analyzing performance metrics to improve ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audience and keyword research, preparing performance reports, collaborating with creative and content teams on ad copy and visual assets, and implementing A/B tests for continuous improvement. The Performance Marketeer will also work closely with leadership to align campaigns with brand objectives, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
