? Role Overview

We need a performance-driven YouTube Ads Freelancer who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns to generate high-quality webinar signups at the lowest possible CPL.

? Responsibilities

Create a complete YouTube Ads strategy for webinar promotion
Set up conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, YouTube Ads)
Create & optimize campaigns (skippable, non-skippable, in-feed, retargeting)
Conduct audience & keyword research
Write ad copies / video script suggestions (preferred)
Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets
Share weekly reports with CPL, insights, and optimization recommendations
Scale winning campaigns

? Requirements

Proven experience running YouTube Ads for webinars, and lead generation
Robust knowledge of Google Ads, GTM, GA4 & conversion tracking
Ability to optimize for CPL, CPA, and ROAS
Understanding of the education/tech-skills niche is a plus
Data-driven approach with strong analytical ability
