Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting performance management processes, coordinating training and development activities, and handling employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves assisting with HR policies, statutory compliance, payroll inputs,



and resolution of employee queries in a professional and timely manner. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring close collaboration with leadership and team members to support HR strategy and a positive workplace culture.
