Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for overseeing branch operations and business performance across an assigned cluster. This position involves managing and mentoring branch teams, driving customer acquisition and portfolio growth, and ensuring adherence to credit policies,



risk guidelines, and compliance standards. The Cluster Manager monitors key performance indicators, reviews loan files, supports field activities, and addresses operational issues to maintain service quality. The role also includes building strong relationships within local communities, supporting financial inclusion initiatives, and coordinating with regional leadership to implement strategic and process improvements. Regular reporting, data analysis, and on-ground supervision are central to the day-to-day responsibilities.
