About the Role
We are looking for a motivated business development partner who can help us acquire new clients through Upwork, Freelancer, and other online freelance platforms.
The ideal candidate should understand how freelance platforms work and be confident in finding opportunities, communicating with potential clients, preparing proposals, and converting leads into projects.
Responsibilities
Identify and research relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
Prepare and submit qualified proposals based on client requirements.
Communicate with potential clients and understand their business needs.
Schedule and conduct client discussions when required.
Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines.
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on business development activities.
Focus on generating consistent, qualified leads and converting them into paying clients.
Commission




40% commission on successfully acquired projects, subject to the company's commission terms.
Commission is applicable to projects/business generated and successfully closed through the partner's efforts.
This is a performance-based opportunity, so earning potential depends on the business generated.
Requirements
Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar freelance platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of client acquisition and lead generation.
Ability to write effective proposals.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Previous experience in IT/software/web development business development is preferred.
