Role Description The MBA Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India. The faculty member will design and deliver MBA courses, prepare lesson plans, develop teaching materials, and conduct classroom lectures, seminars,



and workshops. Daily responsibilities include guiding students through case studies, projects, and presentations, mentoring them on academic and career development, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of business and management trends. The role involves conducting and supervising research activities, participating in curriculum development, and contributing to academic committees and institutional initiatives. The faculty member will also support student assessment, evaluate performance, and foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment aligned with Krupanidhi’s academic standards.
