Role Description The Vice Principal / Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for academic and administrative coordination within the school. This role involves supporting the Principal in implementing the school’s vision, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring adherence to academic standards and policies. The individual will coordinate curriculum planning, supervise teaching staff, monitor classroom instruction,



and support student assessment and performance tracking. They will also help manage parent communication, address student welfare concerns, and contribute to staff development initiatives and school events. The Vice Principal / Coordinator will collaborate with leadership to enhance school processes, uphold discipline, and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Strong educational leadership, school administration, and academic coordination skills.
Experience with curriculum planning, classroom observation, and student assessment practices.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
Demonstrated skills in team management, mentoring educators, and organizing training or workshops.
Ability to maintain a student-centered, inclusive environment that supports holistic development.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field;
