*Job Responsibilities*
Prepare and maintain technical project documentation as per project requirements.
Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for ongoing projects.
Prepare, update and maintain project-related documents, reports, schedules and records.
Handle documentation work efficiently using MS Excel and MS Word.
Prepare and maintain project trackers, material status, dispatch status and other project-related Excel sheets.
Take complete follow-up of ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Coordinate regularly with site staff, project engineers and other concerned departments regarding project progress and requirements.
Collect updates from sites and maintain proper records of site progress, material requirements, pending activities and project status.
Follow up for pending documents, drawings, materials, inspections,
dispatches and other project-related activities.
Coordinate between office and site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Prepare regular project status reports for management.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of project records.
Assist the project team in day-to-day coordination and other documentation-related activities.
*Required Skills*
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.
Should have good understanding of BOM & BOQ preparation.
Positive technical documentation and reporting skills.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with site personnel and office teams.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic understanding of engineering/project-related documents will be preferred.
