HR & Operations Coordinator – Work from Home
NavAura Care is an Australian NDIS disability and aged care provider looking for a motivated entry-level HR & Operations Coordinator.
Salary: ₹22,000 INR per month (6 months' probation)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sydney, Australia time
Location: Work From Home – India
Role Responsibilities
Manage client and staff rosters using ShiftCare
Create and maintain client and worker profiles
Assist with care plans and Schedules of Supports
Communicate with Australian clients to understand their care needs, preferences and schedules
Coordinate new client intake and commencement of services
Match appropriate support workers with clients
Recruit, screen and onboard new support workers
Communicate with workers regarding shifts and client requirements
Use social media and online platforms for worker recruitment, client outreach and business promotion
Respond to new client enquiries and follow up potential clients




Maintain accurate records and assist with general HR and daily operations
Identify and resolve day-to-day rostering and operational issues
Understating client needs and communicates with them and their family members

Previous knowledge in Health / Disability sector is preferred.
However, applicants must have:
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong computer skills and ability to learn recent systems quickly
Good common sense and problem-solving ability
Smart, confident and professional communication
Ability to communicate effectively with Australian clients and workers
Good organisation and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Willingness to learn the Australian NDIS and aged care system

This role is suitable for someone who is quick to learn, confident, responsible and comfortable dealing directly with people.
