OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE:

Support the realization of MGO strategy and the broader Medical Operating System by translating approved governance and operating-model requirements into explicit, documented, and practical processes that teams can implement, follow, monitor, and improve.
Lead the operational design and improvement of priority Medical processes supporting the Medical Governance Office and other assigned Global Medical areas, making them clear, consistent, and easy to follow.
