Job Summary
We are looking for an organized CRM Executive to be the main point of contact for our stockists, distributors, and institutional customers. You will track orders and dispatch status, resolve customer queries, and support the sales team by keeping customer records accurate and up to date in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
● Communicate with stockists/distributors via phone, email, and WhatsApp to resolve order and account queries.




● Track order status and coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to update customers proactively.
● Accurately enter and update customer details, notes, and interactions in the CRM system.
● Support the sales/BDE team by preparing customer lists, tracking follow-ups, and keeping records clean. ● Prepare basic MIS reports on order and account status for management.
● Send scheduled updates and communications to customers.
● Ensure all customer information in the system is accurate and current

Required Skills & Qualifications
● 2–4 years of experience in pharma/FMCG distribution support, order management, or B2B customer service.
● Excellent communication skills — transparent, patient, and professional with trade customers.
● Strong attention to detail and comfort working with Excel and CRM software.
● A problem-solving attitude and a graduate degree or equivalent.
