Role Description The Human Resources Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This position is responsible for overseeing HR operations, partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, implementing and updating HR policies, supporting talent management and succession planning, and handling performance management processes. The role also involves advising management on workforce planning, leading HR initiatives that support safety and consulting operations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
Qualifications
Solid Human Resources (HR) generalist skills, including experience across core HR functions.
Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, with a focus on conflict resolution and employee engagement.




Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Background in Succession Planning and talent management, including identification and development of high-potential team members.
Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliant HR practices and risk mitigation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office; experience in consulting or safety-focused industries is a plus.
