Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the 5paisa Back Office team. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product, development, and quality assurance teams.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analysing requirements, preparing business requirement documents, managing stakeholders, creating solution prototypes, and supporting end-to-end application testing. The role will help ensure that software solutions are reliable, high-quality, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, validate,



and prioritise business and technical requirements.
Prepare business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Create wireframes and prototypes to support solution design and stakeholder alignment.
Review requirements for completeness, feasibility, traceability, and testability.
Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and relevant test data.
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
Coordinate with business users to plan and execute UAT and obtain timely sign-offs.
Identify, document, prioritise, track, and retest defects using appropriate defect-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce issues, clarify expected behaviour, and verify fixes.
Maintain accurate requirement, testing, defect, and release documentation.
