About the Role
TechRBM is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong US Mortgage Services / Mortgage Servicing expertise to lead technology projects, client delivery, and hands-on UAT activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end mortgage technology projects, including scope, timelines, risks, resources, and delivery.
Drive collaboration across BA, Development, QA, UAT, DevOps, and Production teams.
Lead UAT planning, execution, defect triage, regression validation, and business sign-off.
Validate mortgage servicing workflows, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Manage US client communication, status reviews, release readiness, and escalations.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog readiness, RAID management, and release planning.

Required Skills
8–12 years of overall IT/Project Management experience.




4+ years of meaningful experience in US Mortgage Services / Mortgage Servicing.
Strong hands-on UAT experience.
Good understanding of mortgage lifecycle, servicing, loan boarding, payments, escrow, delinquency/default, loss mitigation, and servicing transfers.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, Excel/PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of APIs, SQL, databases, cloud, and enterprise integrations is an advantage.

Important: Work From Home (US Client-Aligned Shift) during the project. Once the project concludes, the role will transition to Work From Office (Mohali) – General Shift.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field. PMP/PMI-ACP/Scrum/SAFe certification is preferred.
