Role Description This is a full-time remote Appointment Setter role. The Appointment Setter will contact prospective and existing clients, introduce CraftHouse’s services, and schedule appointments for the sales or account management teams. Daily tasks include making outbound calls or messages, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and updating appointment details in scheduling and CRM tools. The role also involves confirming appointments, rescheduling when needed,



and ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams. The Appointment Setter will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service colleagues to support lead follow-up and maintain a positive client experience.
Qualifications
Ability to effectively perform Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling using digital calendars and CRM systems.
Skills in Lead Generation, including identifying potential prospects and qualifying inquiries.
Strong Communication skills, with clear, professional verbal and written interaction.
Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
Comfort working in a remote environment with reliable internet access and a quiet workspace.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
