Role Description The Management Mentor will provide guidance and training to students on core management concepts, professional skills, and workplace readiness. In this full-time, on-site role based in Madurai, the mentor will conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and small-group discussions to help learners develop leadership, communication,



and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include designing and delivering lesson plans, evaluating student progress, offering constructive feedback, and supporting learners in interview and group discussion preparation. The Management Mentor will collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with industry expectations and continuously refine content based on learner performance and employer feedback.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in management principles, including organizational behavior, leadership, and team dynamics.
Experience in mentoring, coaching, or teaching students or early-career professionals.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and facilitate engaging classroom discussions.
Ability to design structured training content, workshops, and assessment methods focused on employability skills.
