Role Description This full-time Management Trainee role is an on-site position based in Mumbai. The Management Trainee will support senior consultants and mentors in strategic advisory assignments, talent management projects, and HR-related initiatives. Daily activities may include conducting market and industry research, preparing presentations and reports, assisting in client meetings, and coordinating training and development programs.



The role involves working closely with internal teams to streamline processes, contribute to performance strategy initiatives, and support HR transformation activities. The Management Trainee will also help in data analysis, documentation, and maintaining high standards of client service and professionalism.
Qualifications

Robust analytical and research abilities, with capacity to interpret data and prepare clear reports and presentations.
Interest in business strategy, talent management, and HR consulting, with a willingness to learn and work across multiple domains.
