Role Description The Shift Incharge – Pulp Mill Process is responsible for overseeing pulp mill operations during assigned shifts, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient production. This full-time, on-site role is based in Alamuru and involves monitoring process parameters, coordinating raw material feeding, and supervising equipment performance to meet quality and production targets.



The position includes leading and guiding shift personnel, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and safety norms. The Shift Incharge will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot process issues, report deviations, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for timely corrective actions. The role also includes maintaining shift logs, implementing improvement initiatives, and supporting compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of pulp mill processes, including pulp preparation, chemical dosing, and process control.
Ability to supervise shift operations, allocate workforce, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Experience in monitoring plant equipment, identifying operational issues, and coordinating maintenance activities.
Competence in maintaining production reports, shift logs, and basic documentation for aud
