Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing accurate information about Kitabō’s products, orders, and logistics.



Responsibilities include resolving issues, processing orders and returns, updating customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and clear communication. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, supporting continuous improvement of service processes, and contributing to a positive, reliable customer experience for global laboratory clients.
Qualifications
Ability to work effectively as a Customer Service Representative, delivering professional and consistent support.
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, issues, and escalations.
