Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves managing and growing sales for the company’s portfolio of natural products, including botanical extracts, nutraceuticals, and specialty ingredients.



The Sales Manager will identify recent business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients, and negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies. Daily responsibilities include preparing sales forecasts, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, and preparing regular sales reports for management. The role also includes leading and mentoring the sales team, participating in trade shows and client visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction through responsive communication and solution-oriented support.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
Experience in B2B sales within pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, ingredients, or related natural products industries.
