ROLE OVERVIEW
Auspro Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Administrator – CRM Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize the CRM systems supporting our Australian Energy Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, user management, data integrity, and process automation within the CRM platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the campaign.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer, configure, and maintain the CRM system used for the Australian Energy Process campaign.
• Create, manage, and update user accounts, roles, and access permissions within the CRM.
• Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors/support teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and hygiene across CRM records and databases.
• Set up and manage CRM workflows, dispositions, lead routing, and reporting dashboards.
• Generate regular reports on agent activity, campaign performance, and CRM usage for management review.
• Coordinate with operations, quality,



and training teams to align CRM configuration with process requirements.
• Support onboarding of new agents by setting up CRM access and providing basic system training.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements within the CRM environment.
• Maintain documentation of CRM configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards relevant to the Australian energy sector.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate in any discipline; a background in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Systems Administrator, CRM Administrator, or similar role, preferably within a BPO/call centre environment.
• Robust understanding of CRM systems, user management, and data reporting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
