Role Description The Senior System Administrator is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves managing and maintaining servers, desktops, and laptops, ensuring system availability, performance, and security. The Senior System Administrator will monitor system health, perform regular backups, apply patches and updates, and manage user accounts and permissions. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, providing advanced technical support to end users, and escalating complex problems when needed.



The role also includes documenting configurations and procedures, collaborating with other IT staff, and recommending improvements to infrastructure and processes.
Qualifications
Strong System Administration skills, including server, desktop, and laptop management.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Experience in Network Administration, including basic routing, switching, and network monitoring.
Solid foundation in Information Technology concepts, operating systems, and security best practices.
Prior experience in a senior or lead IT role, preferably in a support-focused environment.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and respond effectively to urgent issues.
Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft or Linux certifications) are an advantage.
