Role Description The Business Development Manager(Only from Pipe Industry) is a full-time, on-site role based iat plant location in Shapar, Rajkot (Gujarat). This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients, and expanding the market presence of TORA. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, generating leads, and meeting with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements. The Business Development Manager will prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts and pricing, and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and production to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing regular reports, participating in promotional activities and trade events, and providing feedback to management on product positioning and growth strategies.




Qualifications
Solid business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to support growth in relevant markets.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of the building materials, sanitaryware, or bath fittings industry is highly desirable.
Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage pipelines, and work with CRM or sales reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, travel within the region as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
