Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant Intern to join our team in a remote setup. This internship is a great opportunity to gain practical exposure to legal processes, documentation, and research while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and reviewing basic legal documents, including contracts and agreements
Conduct legal research on assigned topics and summarize findings
Help organize and maintain case files, records, and documentation




Provide administrative support such as scheduling, follow-ups, and data management
Support communication with clients and internal teams when required
Ensure tasks are completed in line with basic legal and compliance requirements

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law or a related field
Basic understanding of legal concepts and documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Interest in legal research and drafting

Good to Have
Familiarity with legal systems in India, USA, or EMEA regions
Prior internship or academic experience in legal work/research
