We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Windchill Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in Windchill implementation, customization, and enterprise PLM solutions delivery . The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise in Windchill architecture, Java development, scripting, and PLM domain knowledge, along with excellent client-facing and leadership capabilities.
This role requires ownership of end-to-end technical deliverables, solution design, implementation leadership, mentoring team members, and active engagement with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery
- Lead end-to-end Windchill implementation projects from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Analyze customer business requirements and design scalable, robust Windchill solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for implementation teams and ensure successful project execution.
- Own technical deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain build, deployment,
and release management documentation.
- Create technical design documents, implementation strategies, and deployment plans.
Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and customize Windchill solutions using Java and scripting technologies.
- Implement and configure Windchill modules in accordance with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Windchill environments.
- Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist customers and business users during UAT activities and defect resolution.
- Ensure compliance with quality processes and conduct peer reviews for technical deliverables.
