Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as the strategic leader for all financial operations at RentEase Limited, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and long-term financial strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial reporting and analysis,



supervising the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. The CFO will collaborate closely with senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, assess financial risk, and support business expansion in India and across Asian markets. The role also involves implementing robust internal controls, optimizing capital structure, and leading finance team development and performance. This is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Finance and Financial Planning, with demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
