Role Description This full-time, in office Business Development Executive role is based in Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Dhanbad, Bokaro. The role is responsible for generating new business loans, OD Limits, identifying potential customers,



and promoting HDFC Bank’s products and services to meet assigned sales and revenue targets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and benefits, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with branch, DSA, Open market and product teams to design tailored solutions, ensure timely onboarding, and provide ongoing account servicing. The role also involves tracking market trends, maintaining accurate sales reports, and adhering to all compliance and operational guidelines.
