Job Description – Senior Leader – Performance Marketing

Lovely Professional University (LPU) is looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Leader with 10–18 years of experience to lead and scale the university’s digital acquisition and performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall performance marketing strategy aligned with LPU’s student acquisition and business objectives.
Lead large-scale digital acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic platforms, and other relevant channels.
Own key performance metrics including Leads, Applications, Admissions, CAC/CPA, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate and Revenue.
Develop data-driven strategies to improve the complete lead-to-admission funnel.
Manage significant marketing budgets and ensure optimum ROI and cost efficiency.
Drive continuous A/B testing, audience segmentation,



landing-page optimization and campaign experimentation.
Work closely with Admissions, Marketing, Creative, Content, CRM and Technology teams to improve campaign outcomes.
Build robust attribution, tracking and analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance through dashboards and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Identify current digital channels, technologies and emerging performance marketing trends to drive incremental growth.
Develop forecasting models for lead volumes, admissions, spends and revenue.
Lead and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team and manage external agencies/partners.
Ensure effective integration of CRM, marketing automation, analytics and digital advertising platforms.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for improving LPU’s digital acquisition strategy.
