Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Balurghat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by building robust, trust-based relationships and providing personalized banking solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying customer needs,



cross-selling and up-selling appropriate bank products, assisting with account opening, loan processing, and service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and complaints. The role involves achieving assigned business targets, tracking customer transactions and portfolio performance, and maintaining accurate records in line with bank policies and compliance requirements. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with branch teams, operations, and product specialists to deliver a seamless customer experience and support the bank’s financial inclusion objectives.
