About the Role
Magicdecor is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Senior Support Assistant to manage customer communication and coordinate product installation schedules. The ideal candidate will be organised, polite, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers, installers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Confirm customer availability and schedule installation appointments.
Coordinate installation dates and timings between customers and installation teams.
Share customer addresses, order details, and installation requirements with installers.
Follow up with installers to ensure they arrive on time and complete the assigned work.




Keep customers informed about schedule confirmations, delays, or changes.
Handle customer concerns professionally and arrange prompt resolutions.
Follow up after installation to confirm customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, installation status, and customer feedback.
Escalate unresolved complaints or operational issues to the appropriate manager.
Support junior team members and help maintain a high standard of customer service.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, operations, scheduling, or coordination.
Strong communication skills in English, Odia and Hindi; working knowledge of English is preferred.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Good organisational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers and installation schedules simultaneously.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and customer-management software.
