Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for Yoova Foodstuff Private Limited at its on-site location in Nashik. This full time role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will handle employee relations,



performance management processes, and grievance resolution, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining HR records, coordinating training and development initiatives, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. The role also involves advising managers on HR best practices and supporting organizational change and growth across all brands.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation relevant to the food and beverage or hospitality sector.
Skills in training and development, coaching, and supporting career growth and employee engagement initiatives.
Proficiency in HRMS or HR software, MS Offi
