About the Role
StrangeCoders Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, preparing proposals, and converting leads into successful projects.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Find and connect with potential clients through Upwork, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales process.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.
Prepare and send professional proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
Follow up with prospects regularly and convert qualified leads into clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.




Negotiate project scope, pricing, and terms with potential clients.
Coordinate with the development team to ensure proper understanding of project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or a similar role.
Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Robust knowledge of IT/software development services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
Good understanding of client requirements and project estimation.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
