Our client is looking for a Head – D2C to lead and scale the brand’s direct-to-consumer business. The role will own the complete D2C P&L; and be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, retention and overall digital growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who has built and scaled a D2C business , understands consumer behavior deeply and can combine strong commercial thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the D2C P&L; , revenue targets, margins and profitability.
- Develop and execute the overall D2C growth strategy across the website, marketplaces and other relevant digital channels.
- Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing, organic growth, CRM, influencer marketing, affiliates and other digital channels .
- Own key growth metrics including GMV/Revenue, CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion, repeat rate, LTV and contribution margins .
- Build and optimise the complete customer funnel , from acquisition and conversion to retention and repeat purchases.
- Partner with the marketing, brand,



product, supply chain and technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify opportunities across product assortment, pricing, promotions, merchandising and customer experience to accelerate growth.
- Develop a strong CRM and retention strategy to improve repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
- Use data and consumer insights to make decisions around growth, campaigns, products and channels.
- Build and lead the D2C team, establishing robust processes, ownership and performance metrics.
- Stay closely connected to evolving D2C, e-commerce, consumer and digital trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Ideal Candidate
- 10–15 years of overall experience with significant experience in D2C / e-commerce / digital-first businesses .
- Proven track record of scaling a D2C business and delivering meaningful revenue growth .
