Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Import Junior Executive with experience in forwarding or CHA operations. The role involves coordinating import documentation, ensuring timely filing and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, and liaising with shipping lines, airlines, and other stakeholders. The Import Junior Executive will track and monitor shipments, update internal systems, and communicate shipment status to customers and internal teams.



Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving basic operational issues, preparing reports, and supporting senior team members with import-related tasks. The role requires close collaboration with operations, accounts, and customer service teams to deliver productive and accurate import logistics services.

Candidates should possess skills in Import Logistics and Import operations.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
Basic knowledge of forwarding or CHA procedures and relevant regulations.
