Role Description The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and 3D models for castings, tooling,



and fabricated components, based on engineering inputs and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting specifications, creating and revising drawings in CAD software, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring that drawings meet dimensional, material, and manufacturing standards. The role involves maintaining drawing documentation, supporting design changes, and assisting in optimizing designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency. This is a full-time, in office role located at the Varanasi manufacturing unit, requiring close collaboration with engineers, quality teams, and shop-floor personnel to support smooth production and delivery.
Qualifications
Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Siemens NX or similar software for 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
Strong technical drawing skills, including reading and creating engineering drawings,
