What if decades of experience could help shape the opportunities available to the next generation?
FutureCaptains is preparing to launch a nation-building initiative that brings together experienced leaders, professionals and institutions to contribute their knowledge, experience and exposure towards India's young people.
Before the initiative is launched publicly, we are constituting its National Advisory Council.
We are inviting expressions of interest from accomplished leaders across five areas:
School Education
Principals, Heads of School, School Directors and senior education leaders, particularly from IB, Cambridge/IGCSE and ICSE/ISC institutions.
Higher Education
University and college leaders, Deans, Professors, researchers, admissions leaders and senior academic professionals.
Industry
Founders, CXOs, business leaders, functional leaders and experienced professionals across industries.
Public & Development Sector
Professionals with significant experience in government,



public policy, social impact, NGOs, foundations, international development and related fields.
Global Indian Community
Indian-origin professionals, entrepreneurs, academics, researchers and leaders living and working around the world who would like to contribute their experience towards India's next generation.
Why are we bringing these worlds together?
Young people do not experience their future in silos.
Schools prepare them.
Universities develop them.
Industry employs them.
Society shapes their opportunities.
Global exposure expands what they believe is possible.
Yet these worlds rarely come together around the same table.
We want to change that.
The National Advisory Council will bring diverse perspectives into the development and evolution of the initiative.
