Role Description The UGC Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing authentic user-generated style content for social media and digital campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, where the individual will collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to develop engaging short-form videos, vertical content, and platform-specific creatives.



Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas, scripting and filming UGC-style videos, appearing on camera when needed, repurposing content across platforms, and staying updated on trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking content performance, and adjusting content strategies based on insights and campaign goals.
Qualifications
