Role Description

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager for a full time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for experienced technology professionals who have strong software-development experience and are ready to lead engineering teams, software projects, enterprise applications, and digital-transformation initiatives.

The Software Engineering Manager will work closely with IT, data, operations,



finance, supply chain, production, sales, and other business teams to lead the development of reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions that support business and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
Candidates with 5+ years of relevant software-development experience are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in team leadership, technical leadership, project ownership, or mentoring developers will be preferred.
