We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d) to be located in Bengaluru, India. Our India Branch will serve as a strategic hub for talent acquisition activities, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects and bids across the Middle East region. DB Engineering & Consulting is currently engaged in key initiatives throughout the Near and Middle East, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Egypt. Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end and take responsibility for the successful placement of complex BID and project vacancies using our applicant tracking system.
Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for hiring managers and other interfaces in all aspects of the operational recruitment process, ensuring alignment with international market requirements and corporate goals.
