About the Role
The Junior Full Stack Application Developer (React & Java) supports maintenance and enhancement of existing applications built on a React frontend and Java/Spring backend. The role focuses on bug fixing, small changes, and production issue support under the guidance of senior developers and leads.

Key Responsibilities
Work on assigned tickets to fix bugs and implement minor enhancements in React UI components and Java/Spring REST APIs
Develop small to medium change requests: UI tweaks, API changes, data validations, performance tuning, logging and monitoring improvements
Analyze application logs and reproduce issues in lower environments under guidance to identify root causes and apply fixes
Develop UI changes (forms, validations, error handling) and backend changes (DTOs, controllers, services, repository methods) following coding standards
Support deployment and release activities by preparing change sets, validating smoke tests, and updating basic documentation
Create and maintain simple technical notes, runbooks,



and KB entries for recurring issues and standard fixes

Education
BE / B.Tech / MCA / Engineering

Experience
6+ years of experience in application development and support, preferably in a full stack or application support developer role with React and Java/Spring-based applications
Good understanding of React basics: components, props, state, hooks, and calling REST APIs from the frontend
Basic experience in Java (Java 8+) and Spring/Spring Boot for building REST APIs, with knowledge of controllers, services, and repository patterns
Basic knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and writing simple SQL queries
Exposure to Git for version control and understanding of basic branching and pull request workflows

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with application support concepts: incident/problem/change management, SLAs, monitoring tools, and log analysis
Robust debugging, analytical, and communication skills to work with cros
