Role Description The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for managing post-sale relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from TrustSignal.io’s platform and services. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Dharamshala, focused on guiding customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption of omnichannel communication and AI automation features. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, providing product support, monitoring usage and performance metrics, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention. The role involves collaborating with sales, product, and technical teams to resolve issues, collect feedback, and recommend product enhancements aligned with customer needs. The Customer Success Executive will also prepare reports, conduct review meetings, and contribute to best practices that strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
Solid customer-facing abilities, with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
