About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced Corporate Development and M&A; Professionals with hands-on experience managing transactions from start to finish.
You'll complete self-contained M&A; exercises using mock CIMs, diligence reports, term sheets, and board materials, producing qualified deliverables that are evaluated against structured benchmarks.
Responsibilities
Build three-statement, DCF, trading comps, transaction comps, and accretion-dilution models.
Analyze cap tables, equity waterfalls, deal structures, and transaction economics.
Draft and compare IOIs, LOIs, term sheets, and bid comparisons.
Prepare management presentations, buyer universes, board decks, and committee materials.
Conduct deal screening, diligence, synergy modeling, carve-out analysis, and integration planning.
Develop 100-day plans, diligence request lists, findings summaries, and closing materials.
Required Qualifications




4+ years of experience in an in-house Corporate Development or M&A; role at an operating company.
Hands-on ownership of live transactions from end to end.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and deal execution.
Ability to produce polished, board-ready corporate development materials.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Investment Banking or Private Equity experience before moving in-house.
Background in Big 4 transaction advisory or financial due diligence.
Experience with complex M&A; transactions, integrations, carve-outs, or strategic investments.
Strong financial analysis and executive communication skills.
Compensation
Competitive compensation of $2,000 per completed task.
